The Il Fattore Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Luigi Tega is made with a blend of Umbrian olives (Moraiolo, Leccino and Frantoio) that are handpicked and cold-pressed at the family's oil mill. This olive oil is medium fruity with notes of artichoke and undertones of fresh herbs. Ideal for use in the preparation of sauces, grilled meat, salads and vegetables.

Since 1600’s, the Tega family’s roots have been deeply set in the ancient tradition of master oil millers. In his oil mill (Il Molino 'Il Fattore'), which dates back to the 15th century, Luigi Tega produces rare and precious oils that are obtained by cold pressing a blend of Moraiolo, Leccino and Frantoio olives.
