The Bellei fig balsamic glaze is made from the reduction of concentrated grape must, blended with an aged balsamic vinegar. The result is a thick glaze with a rich, caramelised flavour with the addition of fig for a juicy fruitiness.
This versatile glaze pairs well with natural yoghurt, cured meats and hard cheeses, like parmesan. It can also be drizzled over fruit and vanilla ice cream.
