Morelli Corzetti or ‘Croxetti’ originate from Liguria, Northern Italy and have appeared in traditional Ligurian cuisine since the middle ages. These thin rounds of pasta, are pressed with a special wooden hand-tool to create an embossed pattern. Ideal with pesto, butter and sage or cheese based sauces.
Cooking time is 9-10 minutes
