Crema Tartufata is an outstanding paste that combines summer truffles and champignon mushrooms. Use as a dressing for pasta or fish or as a topping for crostini.  It can also be used as the base of a delicious porcini sauce for steak.

Stefania Calugi founded the company in 1987, when she started selling fresh truffles and selecting products and ingredients from a network of trusted truffle hunters identified and evaluated by her father Renato.
