Meet the Makers
In 1955, Franco Vicenzi, an expert pastry chef, opened a small shop in Mombaruzzo (in the Province of Asti). His dedication to the production of amaretti, led to numerous national and international awards. The same eighteenth-century recipe is used, to this day!
Vicenzi amaretti are still made by hand, using carefully selected ingredients, which ensure that the taste, fragrance and softness are maintained to the highest of standards.
