Wholesale Shipping Policy

Due to COVID-19 we are currently experiencing a high demand for products and are working closely with DPD and Palletways to get your orders to you. We apologise for any delay, please bear with us during this time.


We use our own vehicles, DPD and Palletways for our UK deliveries.


Our Standard UK mainland delivery charge is £10, for orders below £150.

Any order over £150 for a mainland address, will qualify for free delivery.

Orders that include fragile items may be subject to added costs or different minimum order requirements (see below).


Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands may be subject to the following delivery charges; orders between £0-£349.99 will be subject to a £30 delivery charge. Orders of £350 and above, will qualify for free delivery.

We are currently unable to ship to the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland due to new Brexit restrictions affecting our courier service.

Our aim is to prepare your order and despatch it within 24 hours (Monday to Friday excl. bank holidays), which means that you receive your order within 2-3 working days from the date it was despatched. This may not always be possible depending on the volume of orders on our system, so if your order has not been despatched within 3 working days, please contact us directly.

We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure these times are met, but cannot be held responsible for despatched parcels delayed by third parties, for example due to poor weather conditions.


Perishable items are packed with an ice pack that keeps the contents cool for up to 48 hours. All perishable goods must be kept refrigerated on receipt.

Orders with fragile items and larger volume orders may be subject to additional shipping charges. This will be discussed with you prior to your order being dispatched.


If you do not receive your order within 5 working days from the date of despatch, please contact our Customer Services at ciao@ilfattore.co.uk. We would request that you contact as soon as possible and within 60 days of placing your order.  If you contact us outside of this time frame, we are unable to track your order or provide any reimbursement. We will replace lost or damaged orders free of charge.

If your order is returned to us due to several failed delivery attempts, non-collection or an insufficient/incorrect address, we cannot refund any shipping costs.
