Il Fattore is taking all possible precautions that we can with our team, our suppliers and business partners to continue operating and sending your orders.
Are product supplies running out?
Sales are currently much higher than usual for flour, pasta, pasta sauces and tinned tomatoes. Some lines are going out of stock for brief periods of time, but we are working hard to get them back - or if necessarily, alternatives - in quickly.
Sometimes it’s just a few days, and sometimes much longer. And sadly, we often don’t have a good heads up from suppliers until it arrives.
Our team cannot give accurate estimated arrival dates for products at the moment.
Are you still sending orders? How quickly will my order arrive?
Yes! Our team is working longer hours to ensure stock remains on the shelves, and that orders are packed in a timely fashion.
How will you deliver to me?
We currently deliver a majority of the orders ourselves.
When we deliver, we are taking additional precautions to protect our drivers and customers. You do not need to sign for your delivery, and so our drivers may be more likely to leave your parcel in a safe place.
Can I call you?
Due to social distancing measures, we have temporarily suspended telephone customer service. We decided that it would be safer for our customer service team to work remotely, and they do not have access to our office phone systems at home. Instead, please complete the contact form below and they'll get back to you as soon as possible.
My order is delayed, what should I do?
All couriers are still operating a very good service. However the parcel volumes for home delivery are unprecedented, and one might need to be a little more patient than in more normal times. If your parcel isn't urgent, please do wait an additional day before getting in touch if you can.
