Rummo’s basil pesto is made using a traditional recipe of Grana Padano and Pecorino Romano blended with basil, enriched with pine nuts and cashews. Use it to make the classic Ligurian dish of pasta alla Genovese, simply tossing linguine through the pesto before serving.
