Lyris Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made with 100% Moraiolo olives, selected and harvested slightly earlier in the maturation process during the second and third week of October. The oil has an intense green colour, with fresh herbaceous aromas on the nose and strong and persistent bitter and spicy sensations.

In his oil mill (Il Molino 'Il Fattore'), which dates back to the 15th century, Luigi Tega produces rare and precious oils that are obtained by cold pressing a blend of Moraiolo, Leccino and Frantoiano olives.
