Giuseppe Giusti's 1 Silver Medal Balsamic Vinegar is an aromatic balsamic vinegar, aged for a minimum of 6 years. Characterised by a rich flavour and an agreeable and rounded acidity. Aged in French oak barrels from the 1900s, throughout the process, aged balsamic vinegar extracted from centuries old casks was also added to increase complexity to flavour and texture.
