Description

Morelli's garlic and basil linguine have an extraordinary and unmistakable flavour. Drawing on 150 years of experience, the family-run business maintains grain germ in the dough, cuts and hangs the pasta by hand, then air-dries each shape over 36 hours. These garlic and basil linguine, or "little tongues," are flat, long pasta flavoured with authentic Italian basil and garlic. This pasta pairs perfectly with tomato based sauces or meat based ones.

Cooking time is between 6-7 minutes.

Ingredients: Durum Wheat Semolina, Wheat Germ, Dehydrated Garlic (natural garlic extract), Dehydrated Basil, (natural basil extract), Dehydrated Spinach. The factory also handles egg and crustaceans.
