Antonio Mattei's biscuits have been baked daily, since 1858. Using the same recipe, in the same rooms of the historic biscuit factory and packed one by one by hand in the classic 'Blu Mattei' bag. 

Today, the Pandolfini family run the bakery with the same care and love its original creator intended, bringing the original cantuccini di Prato to your tables.
