This Galup Panettone has a soft centre, a thick and smooth pistachio filling enriched with white chocolate chips created by their pastry chefs to honour a typical excellence from Sicily. The intense pistachio flavour melts into the sweetness of the fluffy dough. Add a sprinkle of icing sugar on top for an extra level of indulgence.
