The Family Reserve Anforina Balsamic Condiment is aged in wine barrels for a minimum of 10 years. With the addition of aged balsamic vinegar drawn from a series of centuries old casks, this Giuseppe Giusti balsamic condiment has a great density and sweetness.

With flavours of plums intertwined with sweet hints of vanilla, Acetaia Giusti creates a delicate and enveloping aromatic bouquet., ideal for seasoning different types of recipes. 

Pair with risotto, fresh pasta, vegetable soups, eggs, fresh and matured cheeses, white and red meats, fresh fruit salad and desserts.

Ingredients: Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 50% (cooked grape must, wine vinegar), cooked grape must, wine vinegar. Contains Sulphites.
