Morelli have been producing pasta for five generations, and siblings Lucia, Antonio and Marco still run the factory today. Morelli is unusual in that it includes the germ of the wheat in its pasta, to give it a better flavour.
Orecchiette
Morelli Orecchiette, take their name from the Italian for ‘little ears’ due to there small round shape. The classic pasta from Puglia is perfectly paired with broccoli rabe. They can also be eaten with fresh cherry tomatoes and broccoli or simply served with shellfish.
Cooking time is 11 minutes.

Spaghetti Tonnarelli
Morelli Spaghettoni Tonnarelli have a square cross-section which is created by pressing through a wire grid called a pasta guitar. Their preparation is the same as Spaghetti alla Chitarra, the only difference is that Tonnarelli are bigger and thicker.
Tonnarelli are a specialty from the Abruzzo region, traditionally served in tomato sauces with porcini mushrooms or a chunky ragù.
Cooking time is 10 minutes.
