Rummo Gnocchi di Patate are light, gratifying dumplings made with fresh, 100% Italian potatoes and pronounced ridges that capture and accentuate the flavour of the sauce.

Cooking time is 2 minutes.

Ingredients: Fresh Potatoes 80% (Water, Potatoes 33%), Durum Wheat Semolina 10%, Potato Starch 6.5%, Rice Flour 1.5%, Salt, Acidity Regulator: Lactic Acid, Preservative: Sorbic Acid, Natural Flavouring, Turmeric. May contain traces of soy and mustard. The product must be stored in a cool dry place.


Rummo was founded in 1846 in Benevento in the southern region of Campania. Six generations of master pasta-makers later, Rummo has become well known for their high-quality pasta and signature method, 'Lenta Lavorazione'.

This process, which directly translates as 'slow production', was first created out of resistance to the increasing use of machinery in the place of manual craftsmanship; The result is a pasta that remains 'al dente', even when re-heated.
